Is Adscam parliamentary?

From Hansard:
Mr. Jason Kenney (Calgary Southeast, CPC): Mr. Speaker, two years ago the former head of Liberal caucus research spilled the beans about the Liberal sponsorship cover-up. In a Globe and Mail article, Jonathan Murphy revealed, "top Liberal functionaries from ministers' personal staff" were meeting with Mario Lague, then a senior official working with Alfonso Gagliano, to discuss ways to "thwart access-to-information requests... and strategies to divert attention from negative aspects of the Auditor-General's reports". How can the Prime Minister claim that he knew nothing about the Liberal ad scam when his own senior staff were attending meetings to plot the cover-up?
Some Hon. Members: It's spelt Adscam! UPDATE: More Adscam sightings.... Le Blog Polyscopique: "Here is a list of links of the AdScam scandal..." Osadchuk.org: "MP John Bryden has quit the Liberal Party, in part over Adscam." Colby Cosh: "Here's my column from one week ago on Adscam..." Oriental Redneck ("An Orange County native trapped in the SF Bay Area" first out-of-country reference!): "The scandal now has a name Adscam." Robot Guy: "...the Quebec ad sponsorship program, which has since become known as Adscam. " Mystique et Politique: "... the sponsorship kickback scandal - dubbed Adscam by [name withheld], a meme that seems to be catching hold..." Sobering Thoughts: "While I am obviously partial to Legacygate (because its mine), I think it is a good idea for the Canadian bloggers to follow [redacted]'s lead on this one and call the scandal Adscam." It's too late to stop it! The meme has escaped the laboratory!
