This CBC poll (Tories 33, Libs 27) is the second to show the Liberals in third place in Quebec, behind the Conservatives, which is I think the most significant trend to emerge from all the recent polls. For the first time in decades, the federalist vote is in play. Perhaps of even greater significance: ethics in government and associated issues have shot to the top of voters' list of concerns, ahead of health care.
