Tories, Bloc vacate committees; Tories move adjournment of House:

A dying Parliament has seen another vital organ shut down.
Members of the Conservative party and Bloc Quebecois are boycotting parliamentary committees, and the Tories have moved that the House adjourn. But the Conservatives will attend at least one Commons committee: the one debating same-sex marriage, to which they are adamantly opposed.
