Declaration

On behalf of the taxpayers of Canada, I hereby revoke the promise of $350-million in (federal) aid to Bombardier.* Given under my hand and seal this 13th day of May, Andrew Coyne *Technically, I have no constitutional authority to make any such declaration, as I do not command a majority of the House of Commons of Canada. On the other hand, neither does Paul Martin.
