Unanimous

Conservative caucus agrees to act immediately, Harper says:

The Conservative caucus members have unanimously agreed they can't continue under the Liberal's ruling minority government, party Leader Stephen Harper says. Harper made the comment after the Conservative caucus met for hours on Monday night, wrestling to decide whether they should try now to oust the Liberals and force an election – or to wait. The caucus agreed unanimously that they could no longer support the Liberals' budget or programs, Harper told a news conference. He urged Prime Minister Paul Martin and his party not to block attempts to topple the government, arguing that a successful non-confidence vote was inevitable.

More from CTV:

"It is also apparent that the Liberal party does not today have the support of the majority of members of the House of Commons," he said. "It should face the House of Commons in a vote at the earliest possible opportunity. That's what our system's supposed to be about."
