Wait for Guité, then wait for Gomery

The fraud trial for Chuck (G. Gordon) Guité and Jean Brault has been pushed back to an October 3 start. It was supposed to start in April, but was rescheduled because of the Gomery inquiry. Now there's talk Gomery may have to be rescheduled because of the trial:

A lawyer for one of the men suggested the court date means Justice John Gomery's final report, due Nov. 1, may have to be delayed. "We all agree that it's important that the trial end before Mr. Justice Gomery's report is published," said Harvey Yarosky, lawyer for Brault.
