Tories tied with Grits and on the move: poll (CTV):
The Liberals and Conservatives are in a statistical tie, but the Tories clearly have momentum as the final half of the federal election campaign begins, a new poll shows.
Here are the national numbers for voter support in The Strategic Counsel poll done for CTV and The Globe and Mail (percentage point change from a Dec. 20-22 poll in brackets):

Liberals: 33 (-3)
Conservatives: 31 (+2)
NDP: 17 (unchanged)
Bloc Quebecois: 14 (+1)
Greens: 6 (+1)

Ontario: 38-32 Liberal. (NDP surging.) BC: 40-31 Tory. (Once again, the great BC Liberal revival wilts.) Quebec: 55-26 Bloc. (Second poll to show Tories in double digits.)
