UPDATE: Strategic Counsel: 37-28. So there's a consensus: Tories by between 6 and 9 points. It has tightened. UPPERDATE: Very strange behaviour on the ESM. The seats market has tightened -- now 131-94 -- but the popular vote gap has widened, now 13-14 points.
